Grain Bin Getaway
Nestled at the foot of the Loess Hills just north of Missouri Valley, this repurposed grain bin is a sight to see. Conveniently located just thirty minutes from downtown Omaha, as well as within a quick drive to numerous county and state parks. There is even an external electrical hook up for campers. Finally, our grain bin includes twenty acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breathtaking.

Art Church
Art Church Iowa was established and repurposed in 2012 by artist Zack Jones as a live-work space. Today the de-sanctified 1873 Presbyterian church houses a full skyscape mural, downstairs Airbnb, Live @ Art Church music series, and weddings. The Art Church's uniqueness, authenticity, and diversity continue to attract visitors from across the country.
Zack Jones purchased the building in 2012 from the Historical Society. He originally lived in the downstairs while using the upstairs as a studio space. Zack encourages guests to visit the upstairs but understand it’s not part of the Airbnb rental. "Art Church is truly small-town America. A great Airbnb with a unique kitchen as well as the special touches and artwork. A visit to the church upstairs is a must." text source: zjpaintings.com and airbnb.com |
